For Yes Madam, we delivered two high-quality Digital Video Commercials (DVCs) through a complete end-to-end production workflow, executing both films within a single-day shoot schedule. Our team managed every stage of the project, from creative and pre-production planning to shoot execution and post-production. With our in-house direction and creative team leading the process, we ensured seamless coordination across departments and maintained creative consistency throughout the production. The commercials were shot on the ARRI Alexa Mini, delivering a premium cinematic visual experience. A crew of over 50 professionals was deployed across direction, cinematography, production, art, lighting, sound and on-ground execution to bring the campaign to life efficiently and at scale. Following the shoot, our post-production team managed the complete workflow, including editing, graphics integration, client revisions, sound finishing and colour grading.
